Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze product costs using standard costing methods
- Prepare monthly cost accounting reports and variance analysis
- Collaborate with production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory valuation and cost allocation systems
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement cost control measures across operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan)
- Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Certified Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with cost reduction initiatives
