Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver advanced photography workshops for aspiring professionals
- Develop comprehensive curriculum covering technical and artistic photography principles
- Mentor junior photographers through personalized coaching sessions
- Produce high-end commercial and editorial photography campaigns
- Collaborate with creative directors on visual strategy execution
- Stay updated with global photography trends and technological innovations
- Evaluate student portfolios and provide constructive feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years professional photography experience with diverse portfolio
- Proven track record in photography education or mentoring
- Expertise in commercial, portrait, and conceptual photography
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and professional lighting equipment
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Indonesian
- Certification in photography education preferred
- Experience managing photography projects from concept to delivery
- Deep understanding of Indonesian cultural aesthetics
