Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Islamic curriculum integrating traditional pesantren education with modern pedagogical approaches
- Lead 50+ teaching staff in maintaining academic excellence and spiritual development
- Oversee administrative operations including budget management, facility maintenance, and student affairs
- Strengthen community relations with local stakeholders, government bodies, and international Islamic organizations
- Drive fundraising initiatives and strategic partnerships for sustainable growth
- Uphold the pesantren's core values while adapting to contemporary educational challenges
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S2 in Islamic Studies, Education Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Islamic education leadership
- Deep understanding of pesantren traditions (salaf/modern) and contemporary Islamic education trends
- Fluent in Arabic and Bahasa Indonesia for teaching and administrative purposes
- Proven track record in institutional management and strategic planning
- Certified in Islamic leadership or educational administration
- Strong network within Indonesian Islamic educational institutions
