Tanggung Jawab
- Synchronize cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Operations) throughout product development lifecycle
- Maintain project timelines using Agile methodologies and track deliverables via Jira/Asana
- Coordinate product testing cycles and ensure compliance with SNI & BPOM regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for prototyping materials
- Develop comprehensive NPD documentation including technical specs and risk assessments
- Analyze market feedback to optimize product iterations pre-launch
- Prepare executive reports on project milestones and budget utilization
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 2+ years in product coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana)
- Experience with ISO 9001 and NPD frameworks (Stage-Gate, QFD)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Certification in PMP or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful product launches
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
