Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years in market research with 2+ years leadership experience
- Expertise in survey design, focus group moderation, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in research tools (SPSS, Qualtrics, Tableau)
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Proven track record in translating data into actionable business strategies
