Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outgoing inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Conduct daily stock audits and cycle counts to ensure 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Maintain strict compliance with OHS and warehouse safety protocols
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures and equipment operation
- Optimize storage layouts to maximize space utilization and accessibility
- Prepare daily reports on inventory status and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/inventory management
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles
- Physical ability to lift 25kg and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 Logistics preferred)
