Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial lubrication systems including centralized systems, circulating oil units, and automated lubricators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex lubrication failures using vibration analysis, oil sampling, and thermal imaging
- Develop and implement optimized lubrication schedules for critical machinery in production lines
- Train junior technicians on advanced lubrication techniques and ISO 4406 cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory of industrial lubricants and ensure compliance with environmental disposal regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and install new lubrication systems for expanded operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance with minimum 3 years' experience
- Certification in machinery lubrication (ICML MLA/MLT or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Expertise in oil analysis interpretation and condition monitoring technologies
- Proficiency in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and rotating equipment maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure in industrial environments
- Valid Sertifikasi K3 (K3 Umum) certification
- Advanced proficiency in Indonesian and English for technical documentation
