Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of ABK patients' physical conditions and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic exercises and specialized techniques for motor skill development
- Train parents/caregivers in home-based therapy programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols accordingly
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and speech therapists
- Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress reports
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Fisioterapi from accredited university
- Minimum 2 years experience in pediatric physiotherapy
- Certification in ABK rehabilitation techniques
- Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children
- Valid SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) from Kemenkes
