Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute high-impact research projects in educational innovation and pedagogical transformation
- Lead quantitative/qualitative analysis of learning outcomes and educational policy effectiveness
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed journal articles annually in Scopus/Web of Science indexed venues
- Develop evidence-based curriculum frameworks for K-12 and higher education institutions
- Secure external research funding through national (RISTEK) and international grants
- Mentor graduate students and supervise undergraduate research assistants
- Present research findings at national and international academic conferences
Kualifikasi
- Completed PhD in Education, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of publications in Q1/Q2 education journals (Scopus/WoS indexed)
- Expertise in advanced research methodologies (mixed methods, longitudinal studies)
- Experience with educational data analysis tools (SPSS, NVivo, R, Python)
- Strong network with Indonesian education policymakers or international research bodies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (academic writing proficiency)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants (minimum 1 successful proposal)
