Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and repair automotive AC systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and recharging procedures
- Inspect and replace AC compressors, condensers, and expansion valves
- Conduct system pressure tests and leak detection using electronic tools
- Document service reports and maintain customer communication
- Maintain workshop equipment and inventory of AC components
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Min 3 years experience in automotive AC maintenance
- Certification in automotive AC systems (ASE or equivalent)
- Proficiency with digital manifold gauges and leak detectors
- Knowledge of R134a and R1234yf refrigerants
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex AC malfunctions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Customer service excellence and attention to detail
