Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose ECU malfunctions using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and proprietary software
- Perform micro-level repairs on circuit boards, sensors, and ignition systems
- Program and flash ECUs for OEM specifications and performance tuning
- Document repair processes and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineers to develop diagnostic protocols
- Train junior technicians on advanced ECU troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Elektro/Otomotif or equivalent certification
- 3+ years hands-on ECU repair experience with automotive ECUs
- Expertise in CAN/LIN bus systems and OBD-II diagnostics
- Proficiency with oscilloscopes and ECU programming tools
- Familiarity with OEM software (Bosch, Siemens, Delphi)
- Certification in ECU diagnostics (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for complex circuit analysis
