PT. Global Manufacturing Solutions, sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di bidang manufaktur dan produksi, sedang mencari Estimator Biaya Produksi yang berpengalaman untuk membantu kami meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengoptimalkan biaya produksi.
Anda akan menjadi bagian dari tim strategis yang bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan setiap proyek produksi dilaksanakan dengan efisiensi dan dalam batas biaya yang telah ditentukan.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate production costs for manufacturing projects
- Develop detailed cost estimates and breakdowns for new products and production processes
- Review and validate cost data from engineering, procurement, and operations teams
- Prepare comprehensive cost proposals and financial analyses for management approval
- Monitor actual production costs against estimated figures and identify variances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and process improvements
- Update cost estimation models and methodologies to reflect industry changes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in production cost estimation or manufacturing cost analysis
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or heavy industry sectors is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
