Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market positioning
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and company policies
- Design and execute training and development programs for employee growth
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare insightful reports for leadership
- Drive organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience in Indonesia
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing HR teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS)
- Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
