Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition processes including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive market positioning
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan) and company policies
  • Design and execute training and development programs for employee growth
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare insightful reports for leadership
  • Drive organizational culture initiatives and employee engagement programs

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience in Indonesia
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and organizational development
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing HR teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HRMS)
  • Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
