Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble engine components with precision according to technical specifications
- Conduct quality inspections and testing procedures
- Maintain assembly tools and equipment in optimal condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Collaborate with engineering team for process improvements
- Document assembly activities and report technical issues
- Train junior assembly staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK/SMA Teknik or equivalent vocational certification
- 2+ years experience in engine or heavy machinery assembly
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and blueprints
- Certification in industrial safety procedures (K3)
- Proficient in using assembly tools and measuring instruments
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift operation certificate (preferred)
