Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and industrial robots
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures using vibration analysis and thermal imaging
- Overhaul and repair rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, and gearboxes
- Collaborate with engineering team to implement process improvement initiatives
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS software and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on safe operating procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (minimum 3 years experience)
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CMT)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and mechanical schematics
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (ultrasonic, IR thermography)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English documentation skills
- Valid Sijil K3 (Occupational Safety) certification
